The main subject of the workshop is the use of the numerical modeling and empirical correlations in room and pillar coal mining investigations including pillar stability, floor bearing capacity, roof and floor deformation and subsidence analysis. The workshop is very useful for students and professionals in the field of civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, mining engineering, and geology and geomechanical sciences.
